Learning design is not just a career for me - it's my passion. I've been creating learning experiences for people in one way or another since I was a kid. Being an eager learner myself, I know the pain and discouragement caused by a poorly designed course, as well as the joy and motivation to learn more evoked by an engaging and cleverly structured course. In each of my works, I focus on the experiential aspect of learning, aiming to create an immersive learner-centered environment.
Overview
I am a Learning Experience Designer. This role takes multiple forms expressed in various job titles: Instructional Designer, Learning Solutions Consultant, eLearning Developer and so on. Regardless of the specific job title, I focus on the experiential aspect of learning, aiming to create an engaging learner-centered environment in each of my works.
