I created this project plan for my current employer - Marshall Institute - as part of the initiative to develop our e-learning library. This plan is loosely based on SAM (Successive Approximation Model) methodologies and adjusted to the company's needs and constraints.

Evaluation

I also created this template survey to evaluate the effectiveness of each e-learning module. The survey was distributed among the learner focus groups. Each module also offers a simple 2-question feedback form at the end.
