ID Process Model
The purpose of this paper was to create an instructional design process model tailored to the specific instructional needs of North Carolina State University's Office of International Services (where I had worked for almost four years). The proposed model was based on a number of reputable instructional design frameworks and learning theories. It aimed to serve as a starting point for building a system of the new hire training, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
