Work Description

Full course name: "Understanding Medicare Basics."

This 2-hour e-learning course was designed to provide learners with foundational knowledge about Medicare. The course explores Medicare eligibility, its Parts and Plans, different enrollment periods and associated penalties, as well as ways to reduce Medicare costs.

The six modules developed for this course included presentation of information, knowledge check activities, as well as Medicare site navigation (demonstration and practical tasks). Likert-scale pre- and post-assessments were used to measure the effectiveness of the course.
